Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team at Aandavar Steels. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, combined with excellent sales and communication skills, to help us grow our customer base and achieve our sales targets.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the steel industry and related products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in technical sales or as a Sales Engineer is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Provide technical expertise and support to customers, helping them choose the right products for their needs.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
